Talk about rude. I went to my first appointment with no issue. We scheduled my next one for 8am a week later. I had every intention of going . They called the previous day to confirm, unfortunately I did not get the message until after business hours . However, I still was planning to go . At 2am I woke up vomiting. My husband who works late nights came home to find me laying in front of the toilet very sick. He was going to call when we believed the office opened to reschedule my appointment. They called us right before 8 am. He tried to explain that I had gotten sick in the middle of the night and he thought that they didnt open until 8am. The receptionist got extremely rude and hung up on him. He tried to call back and explain this was very unexpected but again she was rude and said the dentist would never see me again. He called back a 3rd time and offered to pay up front for my appointment if we could just reschedule . Again, he was met with rudeness. If there is any possibility that something unforseen could happen to you in the middle of the night. Something like being sick . DO NOT go here. They are not willing to work with you and will treat you like dirt.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. and they were rude and uncareing if i go back i wanna be treated like my teeth mater to them and not just there walking paycheck

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
