They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
