There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.
