They really are poor at returning the phone calls. I've lost valuable time that could have help ease the pain I was having. They promised to call me after I left their office for a follow up, but I never received a call until November and I left the office in March.

I give this place one start just because the Orthodontist Dr. Griffin is great. It's the office staff here that made this visit frightening. I was followed outside to my car with my 15 year old child by an office employee continuously asking "do you have a problem with me?" She was rude when I first got to the appointment and as I was leaving she didn't like way I said excuse me.. so she loudly made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.. after my child and I getting followed and harassed out to my car I walked back into the office and asked the office manager to get her. The office manager said that she sent her outside to "resolve things" When I said I would be changing dentists the girl that followed me to my car said very rudely "BYE" the office manager did nothing. I have called their corporate office and they are going to address the incident.

PLEASE if you are looking for a family friendly dentist or orthodontics office THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
