I do not believe that the work Dr. Tillman did was necessary. All it left me with were problems. I have never felt more upset about dental work in my entire life. I will not be returning and I will ensure that other people know to be wary. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
