If you choose this provider for services make sure that you have plenty of time to sit in the waiting room for your appointment. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment you are looking at two to three months out. They do have a nice office and some if the staff is courteous and friendly. This is not a team that that values patient satisfaction or provides quality service by any means. My girls have both walked out of the office with brackets that fall off within five minutes to less than 120 minutes that they now charge you for replacing their faulty workmanship. If we were still in the parking lot when the brackets fell off the would replace them with an additional wait at no cost. There are other alternatives that provide quality service and value the patient, I wish I had done my research.

No, and I was given no referral to another provider

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

These people have less than a 1/4 of employees that know what they are doing, I followed one of the good employees from east to north east location by transferring my file, but you dont always get the same dr or tech and for a surgery case they should at least try and put someone that knows what they are doing and how to do it the first time. It has been nothing but waste of time and pain and discomfort for over two years, i managed to stay and try and finish the process, and now i regret it and should had gotten out since the beginning because it should take probably another half year to be ready but since they have incompetent employees most likely it would end up being another yr and a half. So I chose not to have the surgery and now a new dr that has not seen me before, decides to take it personal and has chosen to complete my treatment sooner than i was told by another dr previous to him. What in the world is this kind of service?? The worst part is nobody has had the courtesy to apologize or to care for the bad services, everybody is so caught up with getting patients in and out of there fast. This has been a very draining experience, both emotionally and financially.
