Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

They briefly explained my dental procedure to me, but I wish they had given me more information. I was still somewhat nervous about the procedure. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Before they scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.
