They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They said that they would take my insurance for a basic checkup/cleaning. They they tried to bill me for an amount much higher than that covered by my insurance.

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
