I've had great experiences with Dr Smith and his staff.
They are always friendly and helpful.
My previous dentist said I needed expensive work EVERY time I saw him.
This hasn't happened with Dr Smith. If I need it, he tells me,
but I've never felt I was being driven to have work done.
He practices with compassion and integrity.

Dr Joe is the best dentist I have ever know. I cannot speak highly enough about him and his family. His dad took care of my oldest sons braces. It was a somewhat complicated issue because David was missing a front tooth from a accident but, it you look at him you would never know. His teeth are perfect. From the first day I went in for a cleaning I was their patient if you know what I mean. Without a thought I immediately moved my kids from their dentist to Cross Roads. What a great decision I made. When you go to this dentist it's like your not even going to a dentist :). And I mean that in a good way. Dr Joe. is probably the sweetest and most knowlegable dentist there is. Every cleaning/treatment was just right and so easy. Anyway I can't say enough. Just go there and you will see. Thanks Dr. Joe for being my dentist.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in.

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. . I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I used this doctor as a second opinion and now he is my doctor.
