After being to so many dentist in my life,I was referred to Dr Yassin.That was the best thing that ever happened to me. She is caring, professional and so friendly. She took her time talking to me and understanding my fears. She cured my phobia from dentist. I recommended her to all my family and friends.We need a good dentist like you in this city Thank You.

Dr. Yassin should have her license revoked! She didnt read the chart right and drilled a hole in a tooth that had nothing wrong with it and to make it worse, she forgot to numb the tooth so, I was screaming in pain. She billed my insurance for work that was not done. When I questioned what she was doing she yelled at me and told me to get out of her office. This is by far, the worst dentist I have ever dealt with.

I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. This dentist billed my insurance for a crown that was never placed.She refused to give me my money back and refuses to return the money back to the insurance. She states that she advised me not to have the crown put on. She lied. During the initial consultation in September she advised me my tooth was good and all I need was a crown. Two weeks later when the crown was ready she said I fractured the post and the crown could not be put on. She then still would not refund my money or the insurance the money. I saw her again in November about the status of what next because I was already billed for the crown, she said I needed a 3 bridge and the tooth had to be removed and she would apply the monies to the crown. I told them I was not happy and I wanted my money back, they refused and I had to make a complaint to the Dental Association about her. I finally received my money, a year later she still has not refunded the money for the crown to the insurance.
