I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
