After about the 10th x-ray because the tech couldn't get the equipment in place (My daughter with silent tears running down her cheeks, dutifully opening her mouth time and time again despite the equipment digging into the soft spot under her tongue and stretching her cheek), they finally put us in a room to wait for the dentist. Then the tech came back and said she needed more pictures. I was holding my daughter's hand and the tech called for someone to help. I thought it was someone to help the tech get the right pic finally. No, it was for someone to haul ME out of the room. They tried to blame it on Laura not listening to the tech cause I was distracting. Total B.S. Laura was a great patient. Then the helper who was talking to me said I wouldn't be allowed in the room with Laura for treatment. That was the last straw. I got my daughter out of there. I got insurance to do a "traumatic experience" referral to a GREAT office and our new appointment is set with some MUCH better people.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
