Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
We took our two daughters in , ages 13 and 11, and they would not allow us in the examination room with them. Then we we inquired about our younger daughters, 8, 3 and 7 months, who had appointments in a few days we were told that we wouldn't be allowed in the room with them either unless the 7 month old was being fussy!
NO WAY!!! Never should a parent be told what is best for their child. I know what needs my children have and that should be top priority. If the doctor thinks he knows better then he can come talk to me but my feelings are final and I get the final say when it comes to my children. Especially in a setting such as a doctor's office where I want to know what is going on and what is being said.
When I called to talk to the office manager after the visit to see about this policy and why it was in place I was told "that's the policy, the children do better without their parents. If you want to go somewhere else that's fine. Bye"

I took my son in the male dentist was rude to my son who is only 13. Was unhappily with services. We will not go back... Paid 238.00 for X-ray n visit and they couldn't give me a copy of my xrays.ask if they could mail it to me..really

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
