I've been going to Brazos Dental Associates since I moved to Texas which was 7 years ago. I love the service and friendly faces! I'm in the process of selecting a new dental plan and hope that this dentistry is in-network because I'm not going to any other place. They are just stuck with me!

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
