I came to reattach a loose dental bridge but was preserved to put a crown on a different tooth instead that took over two months to complete! Well - the crown just broke in two after less than 2 years and my insurance doesn't cover any cost of the new crown. Overall exhausting experience, I hated it and was so happy to switch to a much better dentist who would not try to squeeze a dime out of the patient and in fact reattached the original dental bridge within minutes.

Dr. Chen messed up my fillings and my mouth is still in pain. When I went back to get them corrected, she rushed me doing a poor job, and the pain became even worse. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.
