They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
