This doctors does not understand or practice dentistry in a holistic manner. He just straightens you teeth perfectly without taking into consideration how removing teeth, filing them and doing any other esthetic work affect your health. Don't misunderstand me, esthetics are very important but not at the expense of chronic pain, headaches, anxiety, TMD problems and myofunctional disorders. All of which I suffered from as a result of his treatment. It's important to note that before his treatment (and I have records to prove this) I had no pains or myofunctional disorders. Yes my teeth looked perfect after this treatment it was hard for the untrained eye to figure out what went wrong. Long story short I met a group of doctors who deeply apologized for what had been done to me and I'm currently in the middle of a 4 year treatment plan to undo Dr. Goates damage. I'm not 100% pain free yet but well on my way to it.

I am at the office for more than an hour for each appointment. They have too many patients. They cannot give you the attention you need. Dr. Goates rarely spends time with the patient anymore. This is the second child I bring. It wasn't like this five years ago. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I am looking for a better one on one attention from my orthodontist.

They paid attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful.
