Dr. Jane Estes Tindol is not a good dentist. It took 5 visits to get one crown. The 2nd visit Dr. Tindol and staff closed the office and left me with the nurse who was attempting to find a temporary crown to fit my tooth. After several tries the nurse was impatient and rude and finally put on a temporary that left half my tooth at the gum exposed. My next appointment was a week and a half away. The day I did go to get the permanent crown, the nurse dropped it and it chipped, leaving me with Dr. Tindol finding another temporary crown to send me home in. She did not have the glue for the temporary crown however and asked me to stop and get dentucreme to affix the crown. She showed me how to pop it off and where to put the creme. In the meantime the gum is still exposed. By the time I got the permanent crown the tooth was sore and sensitive and Dr. Tindol told me that maybe I needed a root canal. I told her that I did not need one when I first came to her and having the drilled off tooth exposed for 3 weeks could have caused it. She also filled 2 cavities for me and left plaster on the surrounding teeth. If you want a do it yourself non profiessional dentist then I would go here. Otherwise, PLEASE go someplace else.

My experience in the office was always a good one. They did a procedure on my daughter and we accrued a dept with the office. I continued to pay on the bill and missed one month of payment and was turned into a collection agency.. I will not return to her office. It is bad business to turn someone into a collection office, when ther is a verbal contract to pay in place.
