I give dr puckett and his staff 5 out of 5 i am exremely fearful of dentists had five years of teeth work done in one visit! I will continue to go to him even though i live in sparta. They make you feel comfortable and never ignored my fearfulness at each visit. Tjey listened to my apprehension and put me at ease

Had my teeth extracted and denture placed immediately with great success. I rate Dr Puckett and his staff a 5 out of 5. All were professional, skilled and effiicent. My experience was one of the best I have had with dental work. I feel good about referred Dr. Puckett to my family and friends

I will have to say I love the office and everyone is extremely friendly, but I travel from Cookeville to see Dr. Puckett because I trust him. I know that they will do everything in my best interest.
