Wow were do I begin.....My first visit was a cleaning which went OK but was told I had a few cavities that needed filled and was given a estimate of $ only to show up and be told that it would actually be over $. I paid it and had work done only to find out through my insurance company that I was over billed by $. I called and worked it out and was given a credit of $. Then when I show up a month later to have more work done I was told that I owed $. After repeatedly explaining to receptionist that she was incorrect and showing on her own paperwork the actual cost of my treatment she had the audacity to tell me I had no reason to be upset. Prior to this my wife scheduled an appointment and was never told that they cancelled it because the staff's incompetence. From a administration stand point, I would not go to this Dentist. All I can say is this place is either very dishonest or completely incompetent and I would look elsewhere for your dental needs. You will probably be double billed if they don't mess up your visit some other way. Run Away people, Dont walk, Run......

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Well, I completely do not agree with emitch's prior review comments regarding Dr. Rachel Johnson and her staff. I find it extremely funny that she is complaining that she did not receive "free"; services and therefore Dr. Johnson is the worst dentist ever and on another note if you had brought your old x-rays with you she would not have had to take new x-rays so that is your issue emitch. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Johnson's and we are very pleased with her services and with the quality of care that she provides. She is very honest and straightforward with her treatment plans and really cares about her patients. I can recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone without any hesitation for their dental care needs. The front office staff is always very friendly and welcoming as well as the dental hygienist who cleans our teeth. I can't say enough good things about this office and encourage anyone looking for a new denist to give Dr Rachel Johnson a try!

I initially went to this dentist on recommendation since I was new to the Murfreesboro, TN area. For starters, I had just been to my previous dentist a few months before ;which said my teeth were in great shape (after 1 year of orthodontics, dentist care etc.) Dr.Johnson decides to take x-rays of my mouth, (most are complementary-with first visit, mine were charged; at least I got a copy of them.) Second, I was told by the receptionist and the dental hygenist that whitening trays would also be complementary since I was a new patient. After my teeth were cleaned, I inquired about the whitening trays. Once again, the hygenist said I would be fitted for them before I left the office. When Dr.Johnson came in she informed me that the offer had expired, and I would not be getting the trays! WOW, now that is customer service at its finest. I told her that the two employees said the offer would be honored. Nonetheless, she informed me of all of this "work" that needed to be done to my teeth. I told her my dentist back home had been treating me on a regular basis , and I had been under her care for a few years, and had never heard of all the work that she suggested. Guess my old dentist takes pride in letting her patients teeth go bad without repairing them? So, I left the office, immediately called my dentist back home. As I figured, my xrays were once again reviewed and basically weren't as bad as I had been told. So, looks like I am going to another dentist that keeps their word when they offer a promotion, and has better patient care. I wouldn't recommend this dentist if you're teeth are falling out of your head.
