Dr. Ronald Blockley very slow like a tree tart. Simple crown prep last for 3 or more hours. Patients leave him with a jar pain. We had a patient to cut 3 unit bridge, Dr. Blockley used 17 #245 burs and took him 4 hour 30 minutes to separates 1 pontic from abontments. He used 17 burs to cut it, instead using bur #557 and cut it within 5-10 minutes. Imagine keeping your mouth open for 4+hours??? He is rediciusly STINGY, he offers no medical insurance, no 401k, no Christmas bonus, no Christmas or other holiday party or fun, he is a borring dentist. Beside that he is using unlicensed person to assist him. Just check Rebecca certification she is not Licenced Dental Assistant yet she is assisting him and taking x-ray without license. Half of his oral product EXPIRED plus Dr. Blockley failed sterilization protocol, there are missing spour sterilization tests, means his instruments may not properly sterilized. ADA also notified of his violation and will take appropiate legal action

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was not informed of the amount of time or visits I would need to have a certain procedure done. It ended up taking 3 visits and quite a bit more money than I was first quoted.
