I would not hesitate for a second to suggest Gruen and Morris to a friend or family seeking an oral surgeon. My experience with this oral surgery group was a joy and a breeze. In the 5 occasions I had to visit their office for the removal of my wisdom teeth (all four, one heavily impacted into the jaw bone - ouch!), once for a pre-op appointment, once for the actual operation, and three times for post-op follow-up, I never had to wait long, was always dealt with quickly, and never felt as if the doctor was too rushed to speak with me. As a workaholic I was concerned with the early appointment times for my follow-ups, but after arriving at the doctors' office at 8:30, I was able to make it into work (downtown, 20ish minutes away) by 9:15 each time. I didn't have the chance to meet Dr. Gruen (I'm sure he's great, too), but Dr. Morris and his staff were exemplary in every facet. While I did have considerable pain after the operation due to a dry socket, Dr. Morris and his nurses were able to fix me right up. Today, two weeks after having a wisdom tooth literally chiseled out of my jaw bone, I feel nearly 100% able to eat and otherwise function normally, all thanks to the folks at Gruen and Morris. Can't say thank you enough! 5 stars and a high recommendation from this guy.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.This office is the worst. The doctor entered the room and instantly started to give me prices. I told him who my insurance carrier was he refused to tell me I was out of network.. He's all about$$$$$. I would recommend the oral surgeon across the street. Rip off.....

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
