It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I have been a faithful patient of Dr. William Ferguson (I call him Mr. Billy) since I was probably 12. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, kind and does wonderful work. His staff is really friendly and they make you feel at home! I actually look forward to my dental cleanings. I drive across town to come to Raleigh Dental Group.

Dr. William Ferguson is a professional dentist and a wonderful person! He pays attention to detail and I've never had to wait for very long.

The staff is kind and professional. They are very friendly and accommodating.
