I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.
