The service is ok, not quite as cooperative as I would like. A few employees interrupt and talk over you when you try to explain things. Most employees are polite.
My biggest issue was yesterday when I went in for my final denture. When I set the appointment I was told they should be ready that afternoon. The time they offered was right at school pick up time so I said I could come after I picked him up. This woman actually asked me if he would be ok sitting in the car by himself!!! Uh NO! Kids die every year from left in hot cars! I am not willing to risk my kids for some stupid protocol, no matter how bad corona virus gets. I respect safety but there has to be a time when exceptions can be made for this rule!!
If I hadn't already paid for these, I would probably go somewhere else. I hope NO ONE leaves their kids in the car unattended because some office says only the patient can come inside.

I went to Daily Dentures to get my teeth relined. $180 dollars later they are still as loose as they were before I spent the money! I'll find another place to go from now on!

I have only an upper denture and am well pleased with it. I use no powder or paste and it stays in fine. I chose porcelain teeth which are a little more costly but I would do it again. The office staff is really nice and great pains were taken by the dental staff to be sure I liked the color and the fit. I had one return trip for an adjustment.

I did not have a great out come with the office in Knoxville Tenn. Still to this day I am having trouble with my teeth. I came in with complaint of food being caught in my teeth they maid girl came back with some ruff filling chemical she put on the teeth. I told Dr she done it she said she did not all she done was buff the teeth out. When she gave me my teeth back they was not buffed like she said there was a chemical on my teeth and it wore off the teeth and dissolved into my body and I was not feeling so good sense she done this to my teeth. I do not recommend this office to any one! My male friend went to get his teeth done and he seen the way they treated me and paid more some where else then having them take his teeth out and dentures put in his mouth.

Very narcissistic Dentists Litteraly Broke My jaw!!!!!Then refused to give refund so I could get it repaired!,,'!!Do not ever send anyone u love to this place!!!We need to have them shut down!!

Over all I was very happy with the way my dentures looked but I felt I was over charged for services. I had the remaining 28 teeth pulled and for health reasons and dentures put in right away. When I went for the permanent dentures I really don't think they cared about what I was saying because the teeth felt loose. I was told the lower would never completely fit. When I went back after two months because my gums had shrink and the upper and lower dentures were very loose, I was told I have to buy another pair and they don't do adjustments for the dentures costing $450

I did not have my teeth extracted here. Mine was a complicated procedure needing to be done by a specialist w/hospital privileges. Daily Dentures made my top plate for me though. I was devastated to be having a full top denture plate at my age. My teeth were perfect (I used to model a bit in my 20's & my teeth were one of the features I modeled consistantly) & I absolutely did NOT want to lose them. Unfortunately they all had to come out. Dr. Orr @ DD did a mold of what teeth I had left after emergency surgery at hospital (they had to remove several & put 'ports' in others) so I have NO IDEA how he knew what my natural teeth originally looked like but, SOMEHOW he made the mold to look EXACTLY like my natural teeth. I only purchased the cheapest plate ($295.00) for I figured it wouldnt really matter the first year, for it takes 9-12 months for all the swelling & healing to go away THEN I would purchase a permanent more natural looking one. The entire staff at DD were all perfectly ok with that choice & never once tried to talk me into buying a more expensive one, which I greatly appreciated. When I picked up my finished plate only a couple days later, I couldnt believe how natural it looked & was IDENTICAL to MY teeth! I had my surgery a few days later & the surgeon put the plate in for me immediately after. When I looked into the mirror & smiled for the first time...I started crying & couldnt stop. My smile looked EXACTLY like it always had. Something that had me so upset & totally devastated wasnt so bad after all thanks to Dr. Orr. I hadnt told anyone (other than a couple immediate family members) I was having ALL my top teeth removed. I was totally embarrassed so, when my best friend came by the afternoon after my surgery, (everyone only knew I was having a couple teeth that were giving me trouble removed) to bring me yogurt - I finally told her what I had done. She WOULD NOT believe me! She told me she'd known me for several years & she knows what my teeth look like..."those ARE your teeth! There's NO WAY they are fake!". I took them out to prove her wrong. She was floored. Since nobody knows 'exactly' what I had done, no one has said a word. Its amazing that not ONE person has noticed. Don't get me wrong, I WISH I still had my natural teeth & getting used to a full plate is taking time, but I DO NOT have to worry about it 'looking' like a full plate which is amazing. When the time comes to have the "real" one made (after the 9-12 mo healing process), I will MOST DEFINITELY go back to Dr. Orr @ DD. I dont know if my story will help any of you, but if you happen to be going through the same thing I went thru...rest assured...Dr. Orr and the DD team/staff will take EXCELLENT care of you. I don't normally write reviews on places of business (UNLESS I've received excellent service OR if they did something really bad & deserve to be "told on") but I feel Daily Dentures deserve recognition for their excellent service/care. I will continue to contact media outlets to tell my story so hopefully I can help at least ONE person who may be going through the same or similiar situation I went through. I had had a partial, which my daughters threw away, so I Googled same day dentures...I found Daily Dentures website. I called to make an appointment, which they made on the day I requested (on a Thursday) which made me happy! I go in, they make the cast of my mouth and tell me to come back in the morning to pick up...that's all. So I came the next morning and they try this mold in and there were huge gaps on both sides. I asked if those were going to be there on the actual partial, she said yes unless they used bigger teeth...well obviously I had larger teeth, or the gap wouldn't have been there!? Then I am told to come back on Monday at 2:45, I told them my daughter had a doctors appointment I couldn't come at that time, so they told me to come in at 9. I came at 9, they try the mold in and it was fine, they said come back at 2:45 to pick up. I again reminded them (same nurse every time I was there) my daughter had an appointment. So they told me to come in by 4:30 or after 2 tomorrow. I live in Kingston and its about 45 mins from their office, I have spent $60 in gas to get there and back 3 times and still no teeth!!! Why did I pay for same day dentures, if they aren't same day or even next day!?
