They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. . I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I have a SEVERE dental phobia, as well as some pretty big dental issues and they are more than accommodating to me. No matter what they always treat you with care and kindness. :)

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
