Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

At first glance, this office seemed wonderful. Dr. seemed caring, hygienist sweet as she could be. Then came the problems. First and foremost, he did work that wasn't necessary. Seemed like every tooth in my mouth needed a root canal and a cap. Seriously. Then came the billing problems. Seems their receptionist was stealing them blind. When I told them they owed ME over $300, instead of the $170 they were billing me for, they refused to look into it. Due to it, I've not seen another dentist and am now in major trouble with my teeth health all over. Also, their fees are very high, however, that is somewhat to be expected in the cool springs area. Pretty much everyone I know that went to this office, no longer goes to him.

This dentist and his office staff are very professional and friendly. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They make sure to treat all their clients well. It made me feel confident that I was under the care of professionals.

Dr Lawyer is very kind and pleasant and a good dentist. His office staff however are very rude and unfriendly. I usually have to way in the waiting for my scheduled cleanings anywhere from 10-25 minutes each visit. At my last cleaning appointment I arrived 5-10 minutes late (I called to make them aware I would be late). When I was called to come back to be seen, the hygienist made a comment about my tardiness to which I replied "yes I'm sorry, this time you had to wait on me". She responded with a defensive comment and cleaned my teeth withput saying a word to me. Most recently, the receptionist was incredibly rude to me. Told me there was no charge and then had me write 2 different checks out. When i asked a simple question about possibly having to return for a chipped composite, she ordered me to take care of it then...when Dr. lawyer had told me to wait a few days. She then proceeded to shove my receipt at me. After I left she called my voicemail an left a very rude and confusing voicemail. When I called back to try to get clarity, she refused to let me speak to Dr. Lawyer or give him a message to call me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all, however I did not feel welcome and was treated like I was a toddler.
