I recently (1-5) visited the clinic for new dentures and would like to thank Dr. Hill and his professional staff. The service was outstanding, the dentures were at a reasonably price, and one day service. What else can you ask for. I would highly recommend the clinic.
My husband and I got dentures from the Sexton Clinic for 50 years and would NEVER consider gong any where else. They have excellent fit and they have held up beyond all expectations. We accepted the fact they were a clinic, not a personal dentist. If we wanted TLC, we would have stayed in North Carolina and paid the big bucks.
I would not go there again. They are extremely rude, don't care about anything except your money. Quality is poor.

Absolutely terrible service. Appointments mean nothing at Sexton's. I made an appointment to see the dentist. Only to arrive and be told that the dentist wouldn't be taking any more patients for the day despite my appointment. So I made an appointment for the next week. Only to get there and have to wait 2 hours before I was called in despite having an appointment. Then I was told the dentist was not able to perform the task. The excuse being only the dentist from the prior week was able to do this . Terrible, Terrible service, don't waste your time. They treat people terribly.

My husband when to this place for dentures
When we paid they had him sign that you can't have money back for any reason
now we see the reason for this
We look at the BBB site people have the same experience we did. And because they sign this BBB couldn't help none I read were resolved.
My husbands set didn't fit and the people are rude and try to tell you that is how they are supposed to be even when my husband has had dentures for years
They say they won't fit the same,
With a New mold I feel they should fit better
I'm told now they have dentures pre-made and heat them and press in your mold
They tried to make a second upper for him
bottoms are not great
And move, the tops first had a large space in his mouth between pallet and dentures
Second uppers he couldn't put in because the uppers are to long and gaged him.He was told to keep them in and get used to them. He told them and showed them that he can't because they gag him. He was told that's the way it is , or do you just want us to through them away. He took them home and tried several times to to put them in , he can't because they gag him.
The Florence office said its like a old shoe you will not get a good fit like the old ones
He expected a better fit paying for the best set they sold.You would expect them to fit well because of a fresh impression . The best answer they could give was O-well.
And not a worthless set that we feel we were taken for we paid $480.00
I had x rays done they cut into my mouth and the girl said this was her first time with this machine.
