The office is very modern and high tech as the name implies. Having said that, I found the dental assistant very courteous and helpful which is more than I can say for the dentist.
After having been x-rayed and readied for the dentist to view my condition, the dentist walked into the room and viewed the x-ray and began to talk about what he saw and what he needs to do, but never said hello or introduced himself or display any other chairside courtesy. I found him more interested in the technical aspect of his work rather than his personal demeanor.

This experience has made me reluctant to return to him for completion of the work I need done because I suspect he lacks the sensitivity to patient needs such as dealing with fear of the type of procedures needed to be done to the patient.

My conclusion of what I experienced was that this is a very busy dentist with several dental chairs filled at the same time and he is too busy making money than addressing patient personal needs. His demeanor proves that point to be correct.

Lastly, when I stood before the receptionist to make further appointments, she was wearing a tacky leather jacket looking like some biker girl who never smiled or greeted me with any enthusiasm. I think this is symptomatic of the nature of the owner, the dentist. Some of his staff behaves exactly like he does.
