They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Not really, it could have been much cleaner

No. It took me several times to get through.
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment?
Yes! I was in utter agony for days

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. The dental chair I sat in during my procedure wasn't too great. My back was really sore after my procedure. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave.
There is simply no other explanation, than this practice is comitting Billing fraud. They Charged my primary carrier,,,(they were a preferred provider for GEHA),,and received 50% of the bill. They charged me the remainder (50%) in cash on date of service (for 2 crowns). They then billed my secondary carrier for 50%,,,so in reality they got paid 150%. No big league math involved here. It was not a comfortable environment, and will never use them again.
