I have an unnatural fear of the dentist so when I was referred to this group for a root canal I was nervous about it at best. They put my fears to rest and I had NO pain during the procedure and I was kept comfortable and loved all of the staff. Such a professional group all around!

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
This office is amazing and has great customer service. They made me feel comfortable the moment I entered the office, and their doctors are the best!

Dr McHugh at Carolina Endodontists is awesome! I had a dental emergency and he stayed after hours to treat my tooth and was so friendly. Thank you so much Dr McHugh! The office even called the next day to check on me! Very friendly staff. thank you!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
