I was pleased with the clinical staff however when it came to bills that was terrible! My insurance didn't cover the procedure so I was quoted an amount that had to pay in full before any visits. That was fine however they continued trying to get my insurance to pay even after I paid months before, they also sent me additional bills at first saying it would be taken care of then billed me again after the fact. I called to clear it up and was told I had to pay the additional money as it was a evaluation cost. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there that has to pay out of pocket as they just don't stay to their quoted amount.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. He is go, go , go! Get them in and get them out! I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.
