I've been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Charnitski's for many years. The office, bathrooms and Dental examining rooms and Dental equipment are kept very clean (you can smell the cleanliness.) You are made comfortable and are treated like a friend as soon as you walk in. I was once truly very afraid of a Dentist but from the first time of going to Dr. Charnitski he helped me through my fear by giving me earphones to listen to music to take my mind off the work my teeth needed. No pain...whew and I'm happy with how my teeth look. Plus I always felt confident that if I had to call with an emergency I would get a call back immediately and be taken care of and boy that is very comforting to know.

They are Very Good with people who Dont like or deal with Pain very Well, like me! :)

Very Clean, Very Professional staff, and you always leave with extra tooth care products for free.

He's been my dentist for over 8 years and I wouldn't think of switching!

I haven't been since April 2002 when I needed a root canal, and he was really terrific. Insurance considerations prevented me from returning.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
