I originally went to this dentist before the prior dentist retired. Dr thatcher took over and it has been headache after headache with it. constantly trying to find out when they are open. have to reschedule appointments months after the original date. they send me a bill for a simple $11 charge. check was send in and i tried contacting to confirm they got the payment. no return calls were made nor was the check cashed. every attempt to contact them was returned with a "we will be open at such and such a date" which was weeks later. I found a better dentist to go to now.

I love this office! I have had some bad experiences with dentists, so I tend to be very picky. This office is always clean and comfortable, the staff are so kind and genuinely care about each and every person. They always ask how my family is doing, and they have even offered to call me to relay information when my teenager has an appointment and I can't be there. They seem up to date on all of the technology, and have offered some of their more advanced diagnostic and/or treatment options, but have never been pushy about unnecessary services. Also, they have always been great with how they handle builling, and they have taken the time to answer any questions I have had regarding billing or insurance. They do have several offices, so they are not in my location full-time, but even though I work full-time dayshift, it has never been difficult to find an appointment that works with my schedule.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.Im comfortable in the office and thats IMPORTANT for a scardy cat like me..
