Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Dr. Pitt and Loeffler are more interested in making money and scamming their patients than they are at providing quality service. They overcharge their patients with ridiculous prices for inferior work. After they overcharge you, without giving you any indication of how much they will charge before they start the procedure, they will then tell you that you can make monthly payments., Then if you make an honest attempt to pay the exhorbant prices they charged with regular monthly payments, they will continue to call and harrass you for immediate payment, if they think you are not paying enough. I was making $100 per month payments and still got NASTY calls and letters. How many of us can afford to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars all at once, and for crappy inferior dental work at that?

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
No, they didn't last more than a week
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
