Great dentist. Super employees. Make you feel like family. Always accommodating. Best dentist I’ve ever found!!! I drive an hour to see him. He’s worth the trip.

My elderly mother's bridge has fallen out twice, and her crown has fallen out twice thanks to Dr. Suher. I told her to go back to get them replaced, but she said that Dr. Suher's bedside manner was horrible. He made her feel guilty for eating sugar and getting a cavity. Who doesn't eat sugar?! She also said that he was ignorant, arrogant, and impatient with her and even his own employees. She said he was very expensive, but his staff was helpful in finding ways to pay her expenses through insurance. My mother is currently missing three teeth in the front of her mouth, but is saving up for another dentist, rather than go back to Dr. Suher.

I'm a dental coward and I get a lot of anxiety due to bad experiences as a kid, I explained this when I made my appointment. I arrived at the office and they took extra care - keeping in mind my anxiety. They were truly professional and accommodating. I had to have some cavities filled and the ones that were truly bad, the Dr informed me he'd fill them but there was no guarantee. Come to find out he was right I needed a root canal - I wasn't prepared to have it done that day he took care of me- prescribed pain meds and antibiotics and scheduled me for the first thing the next day- the day he performed the root canal he called me that night to see if I was experiencing any pain and about a month later I received a letter from the Dr. checking in on me and the work he had done and advised to call anytime if I experienced any pain at all. I've referred family and friends. The other great thing is they told me before hand all the work I needed and exactly what the insurance would cover and what my financial responsibility would be so there were no surprises and when my benefits maxed out- they found me interest free financing to cover my additional procedures. Also the office is super clean and the waiting area is comfortable and you never wait long to be called back to see the Dr. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes. He will be my dentist for life.
