I enjoyed Dr Certo. I believe he is very friendly and personable. I have much gripe on how the clinic is run. It seem that Dr. Certo is the Technician and the dental hygenist were the decision maker. They claim I had several cavicies that need to fill but could not tell me how many or show me where. They threaten a rootcanal If I did not have it done. One hygenist even said I had peridontal disease when just 1 week ago Dr. Certo said I looked fine. I went for a second opinion to 2 dentist who told me that these requested fillings were redo's of prior fillings that was done just 1 year ago. I was not told that from Certo's office, I would have to pay all out of pocket for them, The other dentists said that everything looked fineand I don't need those redo. The hygenist were the one making all the decision it seem to me.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Absolutely! It looked brand new

Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. Certo provides all the modern, up to date technology in his office. He always does excellent work and charges fair prices. Unlike, other offices, he definitely will not pressure you into getting dental procedures that you don't need. He is honest and fair with his recommendations and always very helpful. The staff are all very professional, attentive and friendly. Our family has been going to Dr. Certo for many years and would not consider switching to another dentist.
