Family Dental Care Center is an amazing dentist with great staff. This office is always clean with wonderful service. They are always plesent and helpful with getting a treatment plan together that best fits you. I highly recommend this Dentist to my family and friends. They just did rentavations to thier office and it look's absolutely beautiful.

While the Dentist here are thoroughly knowledgeable in
dentistry providing confidence in service, their one flaw
is NOT LISTENING TO THE PATIENT'S CONCERNS
due to over talking the patient desires. PLEASE LEARN
TO LISTEN, LISTEN, LISTEN.

The office staff is pleasant and always courteous.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. In addition, the dentist who saw me told me that I had teeth that needed to be pulled and that I needed to see a periodontist who told me that the dentist had made an incorrect assumption and that I did not need to have teeth pulled. I will NEVER go back there!

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential.
