All the fillings I had done in this office fell out. When I told them I felt it fell out, they told me it was still in place. Now I'm at another dentist, and guess what? they verified that I need fillings in that same tooth because there is no filling there at all. I also had one tooth chipped at a cleaning by the hygienist and I stupidly did not insist right away it get repaired. The next time I got my teeth cleaned, the hygienist hit my tooth front with the metal pick she was using and a piece of the front of the tooth and the enamel chipped off. she claimed she didn't see a problem with the tooth when I pointed it out to her. When I got home and saw how bad it was, I made an appointment to fix both items, telling them on the phone when I called what had happened. When I went in, Dr. O'Donnell tried to pretend it wasn't that bad and that nothing need to be done. I insisted on a fix, and then he had the nerve to charge me for the repair, even though I told him this happened during the cleaning. After paying the bill, I got home to discover that the color they used doesn't even remotely match my teeth, so now right in the front of my mouth I have this very discolored tooth. Run from this office. I did after this. I should have left with the first chip. I certainly won't keep going there and let them break the rest of my teeth.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
