Dr. Moss is a great guy and the fastest dentist I've ever visited. His staff is efficient and warm and they made me feel welcome and far less anxious - I don't like seeing dentists because it often involves pain during and after procedures. He and assistants made what could have been a long, painful process into a much shorter and and nearly pain-free experience.

About 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. It affects not only bones in legs and arms, it damages the jawbone and caused a lot of my teeth to fall out. Dr. Moss did everything I needed to have dentures. I was dreading my visit to have the rest of my teeth
- about a dozen - pulled. Some were broken very close to the gum line and I thought, "oh no, this is going to hurt like crazy, he's going to cut them out." The Novacaine shots always hurt, too - it feels like a long, sharp, thick needle and they pull your gums around painfully to do the injections. I assumed that they were going to cause me to have a lot of pain.

Not Dr. Moss and his wonderful dental assistants!! I barely felt it when the assistant injected the Novacaine into my gums. And when Dr. Moss pulled the rest of my hideous broken teeth, he did it so quickly and professionally that they were all gone in a surprisingly short period of time. I was astonished when he said he was done.

Dr. Moss is a pleasure to be with - he's kind and gentle and very funny! He put me at ease despite my fear and anxiety and was able to do the work without interference from me. I never had to ask him to stop his work so that I could breathe and relax. What a wonderful talent for a dentist to have, because a lot of people are afraid to go to the dentist!

He did the impressions for the dentures and carefully measured and assessed my empty mouth several times. When the dentures arrived, they were beautiful! I don't know how he did it, but they looked just like my real teeth - the size and color were perfect. He helped me to put them in and I was finally able to smile for the first time in years.

If you need to see a dentist, Dr. Moss is the most amazing dentist I've ever seen. He is congenial and easy to talk with. He's not deadly serious about his work - which makes some dentists seem very scary - and instead uses talking and humor to help his patients relax and feel more comfortable. The dental assistants are excellent - he must hire only the best. I'm still in awe of the assistant who did my Novacaine injections. I've had a whole lot of dental work that required Novacaine and nobody EVER did it as well as she did. The people at the front desk are very hospitable and helpful. Everyone seems to work together like a great team to make sure that patients have the best possible experience.

I lost 4 teeth because of 2 incompetent dentists i now cant eat ,it costed 5000$ and insurance wont pay to fix it twice . My option is to get 3 roots pulled , and eat soup the rest of my life . When i try to call and get help there they hang up Im in search of a dentist to pull the infected teeth roots . That will cost another 700$

I DIDNT NEED DENTISTRY UNTIL I GO TO TEXAS AND MY TEETH ARE BEING RAPID TIME SURGERY DAMAGED WAY BAD I AM MISSING OVER 10 TEETH AND IT SHOULD OF BEEN REPORTED BY MILITARY AND CIA SAD MKULTRA I AND THE DENTISTS HERE CAN TELL THEY ARE NOT MY REAL TEETH WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANY RECORDS WE STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL AND CIGARETTES AND ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS ITS A NEW WAY OF KIDNAP AND RANSOM

Had to go back 3 times for the 1st tooth the one new dentist tried to fix; back 2 times for the 2nd tooth same dentist tried to fix (which is still not right). I miss Dr. Griffen; never had any issues with my teeth when he was there. Office personal are not very personal; cold and business (not unfriendly though). Accounting department - unethical, devious and also very non personal. Been going to this associate since I was a child; this practice is going down hill now that Dr. Griffen is no longer there. Will never use them again. Only giving a 1 star because I have to.

I took my 8 year old here at they treated her with care and were so
gentle with her and explained everything so she wasn't scared. The Dental Assistant was Lonna and she was amazing !!
