This is John and Theresa Haladej; just felt I had not expressed enough about our new dentist (a six month relationship so far). I am very particular about my medical providers. I screen the person who answers the phone, the assistants, the other patients in the office. I feel I do an extremely good job at that. I can get "turned off" very quickly; especially regarding their professionalism -- and if someone, anyone gives me "attitude" -- forget it, I'm out of there. I can't tell you the amount of dentists I have seen just once over the years, never to return. I get this look on my face when I get in the car and my husband says, "we're not coming back here are we"?

A priority for me is "deal with my fear, and don't hurt me". Also it's important to me when I'm in pain and the dentist can't see me -- don't just leave me in pain! Well, I found the dentist that I have been looking for all of my life. He's great, patient, kind and humerous and that does not even begin to describe him. He is extremely sensitive about my pain issues. Financially, he's reasonable and willing to work with me.

As far as his team -- they are all a carbon copy of him! The atmosphere is so relaxing; yes, I said relaxing in the dentist chair. If I ever move away from this area, I'll travel back to this dentist no matter how many miles I have to drive. He takes care of you and he cares about you. He's a once in a life time "Doc"!
