Office manager was manning the front desk and made sure everyone knew it wasn't her job. Acted as if it were beneath her to stoop so low as to check in a patient. Lobby was so hot I needed to walk outside for some air but the back part of the office was freezing. Office was dirty and the staff was impatient and rude. The doctor was too involved with chatting to keep on her schedule so sadly this caused myself to be late as well as the patients I overheard complaining in the hall. I won't return. To many better choices out there to deal with such crud.

.my first vist at gentle started in jan 2014 to get 5 teeth pulled and to get upper false teeth i"ve been back every two weeks just to get them now its 5/23/2014 and still no teeth. the waiting is unreal. the doctor was rude. the staff was nice tho since when or why dose it take 5 months to get new teeth my dad got upper an lower in two months

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

No, but I didn't need a reminder

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day
