Terrible bedside manner. Seemed to dislike job and/or kids. Spent no time explaining the procedure or even caring about the patient. If a doc is making 2500, spend 2 minutes with the patient.

I do not under any circumstances recommend this oral seurgeon
I was referred by my primary dentist for a consult to have all four wisdom teeth extracted( which was nerve racking enough). It took me several weeks to get and appt. for a consult. The appointment itself was annoying. I waited over and hour in the waiting room for them to call me back. The receptionist were incredibly abrasive and less than enthralled to be at their job. So when I went back it took ten minutes, eight of that was watching a video... Enough said. When I scheduled my surgery date they were pushy and kept getting me to change my date. I needed a Friday appt because of my schedule. HERES THE KICKER AS TO WHY I WILL NEVER CONSIDER GOING BACK!!!! I went in the day of surgery waited again for another hour, got called up to pay for my procedure which was a boatload, got taken back only to be placed in a room with three people. I was placed in the leads as expected but as for the IV yeah that didn't happen, I was prodded over a dozen times and still unable to find a vein( I had several viable veins which he missed or blew). So then he stopped and told me I would have to have this done in hospital... I laughed inside because I don't feel comfortable knowing he needs a doplar to find a vein.
- they were not nice about refunding my money they thought it was a joke when I went to the counter and explained it, it's now been several days and I have yet to receive it.
- it was not a good experience and will never go back. Save yourself the effort and ask around and do your homework.

Waited a month for my appointment then showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. Sat in the waiting room for AN HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES waiting for my name to be called. Rude receptionist said they were running a little late. No apology Also find it odd and off-putting that they made me pay for my procedures BEFORE they were performed. Front office staff needs work and sours the impression of the practice before you even meet a dentist.

I've been to Pinnacle twice and inspide of crowded my 2 appointments were almost on time and I really liked the service. They are really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Two things that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service and the service provided by Dr. Mirian. Their full attention is always on me. Dr. Mirian is a very experienced doctor and very polite and pacient. Loved!! My surgery went well and I dont feel any colateral effect. In terms of price, well it is the avarege..I definitily recommend this place

They were extremely argumentative. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. They were abrasive, crass, and just downright rude. I couldn't believe how unfriendly they were to me. The receptionist insinuated that because i wasnt a dentist that i couldnt possibly know that my 23 three year old daughters wisdom teeth are partialy impacted. If you like being belittled and being made to
than this is the office for you.
