The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The wait time was completely unacceptable. I had a 10:45AM appointment and was not taken back until 11:45. I then waited in a room in the back until 12:30. Mind you, this was just a checkup after surgery. I feel as if an hour and 45 minutes is far too long to wait to be seen for 2 minutes by the surgeon. What's the purpose of having an appointment?

Waited two hours for an appointment. No one gave any explanation or apology. Every one in the waiting room was frustrated.

I've seen several oral surgeons for TMJ and Dr. Currie is absolutely the best. His laid back bedside manner put me at ease. All my questions were answered and the staff went out of their way to ensure I was well informed and confident with my care. After having surgery, the followup care went far beyond expectations. I would recommend them to anyone with TMJ.

I was NOT impressed at all with this office! When we walked in, I felt like the entire staff was robotic and and everything they said was a "rehearsed" speech. My son had the appointment for a consult for wisdom teeth removal which we showed up 15 minutes prior to hand in our paperwork etc. The receptionist spoke fast and quiet and was hard to understand. We were instructed to take a seat, where we remained for 1 hour before another "robotic" staff member took us to a room. We again waited another 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor who was anything but professional. We were then escorted back to the waiting area to wait for the insurance coordinator to answer questions I had....again a staff member with a rehearsed speech. I was informed they would call me the following day with answers to my insurance questions (something that they should have had answers to prior to the appointment since they had the insurance information). I did receive the call, however the staff member was unfriendly, snippy and was direct in telling me what we would owe the day of surgery. I very nicely told her to cancel my son's surgery as we would NOT be stepping foot back in the office due to the uncomfortable feeling I received from ALL of them! Our other son had his wisdom teeth removed by these same doctors several years ago before they moved to their new office. The old office, although smaller, had a more warm, welcoming feeling and the staff seemed more relaxed than in this new building. Not impressed!!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to have to see more patient, caring doctors. Their staff was most friendly, however. They get a star for that. I wish the same could be said of Hecht. He was the most brutish, unprofessional, and downright arrogant condescending little prick I've ever met with a license to practice surgery. Terrible bedside manner, and I felt like I was being spoken to like a five year old. I'll never go back to that man.
