For my last cleaning, I was made to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I had my next cleaning scheduled for today, and a couple of days earlier, I received a reminder call where I was asked to come in 10 minutes early. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes past it (25 minutes total). At that point, I went up to the receptionist desk, told them about my last cleaning, the fact that I was made to wait almost 30 minutes again, and that I had enough and was leaving. One time would have been forgivable, but back-to-back times was a dealbreaker. They didn't value my time, and so they lost my business.
