Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.
