This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
