I am so impressed with Dr. Flook and his team of compassionate and kind folks. I got a quote from a dentist for a implant that was unaffordable. But with Dr. Flook and his team, I was afforded a affordable opportunity. I even got a jump start I needed from the dentist after leaving my lights on. Very good people there..

I will absolutely return. I find going to the dentist nerve wracking, but I was completely at ease during my appointment here. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their office was well organized and clean. I didn't have to wait too long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running on time, which is important to me. The staff are very friendly and willing to explain all procedures beforehand and answer any questions.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
I called first thing in the AM on a Friday with a severe toothache. I spoke to receptionist, gave all the information and was told, sorry all booked and only in the office until 2 PM. She told me she would speak to the dentist and see what they could possibly do for me. After 4 hours, I called again and spoke to the same receptionist that again told me she was waiting to see if there were any cancellations but still could not help me. I asked about being able to get in the following week but was told there were no openings.
I asked if there was anything they could do to help with the pain since I was taking 5 ibuprofen every 4 hours, again was told, " I will ask the DR. and get back to you". Needless to say, at 2:05 PM I called my family DR that was more than willing to help me with the pain after hearing the whole story.
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO BERWICK DENTAL ARTS OR RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY.
I now have spoken to numerous other dental offices that are more than willing to help people in need. They even keep spaces open just for emergency situations and also have on call. Maybe Berwick Dental Arts needs to review their policies.
I wish anyone luck that has to deal with them in an emergency situation.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
