They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

Came in for a root canal which took 2 1/2 hours. During the process she had me waiting with clamps in my mouth while she saw other patience in between. The root canal was supposed to cost $750 but after I was told she had to use more filling so it would cost $845, which I did not pay. I still have to get a crown but I am going somewhere else

I have found this practice to be VERY accomodating when emergencies came up. As for the writer who made the comment about foul language I have not encountered that at all. From the time I enter to the time I leave they acknowledge my presence and I find the atomsphere quite pleasant.

I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. She did unnecessary work on me-replacing perfectally good fillings, most likely for ins. money- so I had to have a root canal at my own expense. Make you wait MONTHS for an appt to get a REAL cavity filled. Waited 2 1/2 hrs just for a cleaning...RIDICULOUS!!
