My family and I just moved to the Ephrata area and there is nothing scarier than trying to find new doctors in an area you're not familiar with. Thankfully I found Dr. Eby's office through my insurance's website because Dr. Eby and his entire staff are wonderful from the moment you step foot in the door! The waiting room is fresh and relaxing with a great big fish tank on one wall that my kids and I loved to look at. There is a play area with a TV for the kids as well!

My first appointment there, the hygenist took great care not to miss a thing. She seemed genuinely interested in knowing my habits at home as well as what products my family and I were using. She was generous to hand out samples of any product she thought would be best for me too.

Dr. Eby seemed very knowledgable when it came to the treatment of the few cavities I had, offering different options I could take and the different price ranges for each.

As i was leaving my appointment I noticed a cute little card with a pumpkin on it saying Candy Buy Back so I asked the lady at the front and she was very informative of their office purchasing extra candy from kids after Halloween and the prizes they give to the kids for doing so. All in all I feel this office is very patient oriented and very friendly, I'm actually looking forward to going back!

I have gone to this dentist for around 7 years now and unfortunately the service has gone south. My last cleaning felt rushed and my teeth did not feel like they were polished good. I then had some fillings done, which cost enough, then a week later I have pain. Dr. Eby gives no explaination, sits there and looks confused at me. Sends me to an Endodontist for a root canal. A number of the fillings I received from him also had rough edges. He never bothered to make sure the surface was smooth. He always seems very rushed and has no time for his patients. He is there to make money, bottom line!

They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Not ONLY that, but on one occasion, my husband, who hates seeing a dentist altogether, had to have his tooth pulled, and was naturally NOT thrilled about it. He is a big man with tattoos all over him, but just is not fond of the dentist. So, he had his tooth pulled, and when the dental assistant called our house the next day to check on my husband, she left a voicemail, since we werent home, letting us know that she was calling to check on how he was feeling. But what the dental assistant didnt apparently realize, is that she NEVER hung the phone up correctly at this dental office, but instead was leaving us a message, that she clearly didnt know she was doing, while taking with the receptionist at this office, she tells the receptionist that..."I cant believe how big that man is, and how he has all those tattoos, yet he was a complete and utter cry baby when he came to get that tooth pulled. She was complaining and acting like a baby the whole damn time he was here"....NOW tell me how all of u wouldve reacted to a message left at your house on your answering machine?? We recorded that message, and took it DIRECTLY up to Dr. Ebys office to let him here what Melissa had said, and he looked at us and said, what do you want me to do about that? REALLY???????? Good bye to you bunch of JERKS~!

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was told that everything was going to be covered through my insurance except about fifty dollars. I paid the fifty after my appointment and was sent another bill in the mail because my insurance provider did not cover it.
